How long does it take to get custom fit floor mats?
Production takes 5 to 7 business days, and shipping within North America takes 5 to 10 business days. Count roughly two to three weeks from order to doorstep. Nothing ships from a shelf, because no set exists until somebody orders it for a specific vehicle.
Why there is a production step at all
Matrikar holds no inventory. Every mat set is cut to order once the purchase is placed, from the CAD template for that exact make, model and year. With 13,113 configurations on file across 780 make and model pairs, stocking finished sets is not a thing that can be done. The wait is the manufacturing.
Production typically runs 5 to 7 business days, and it varies with how complex the vehicle's floor is. A two seat sports car is a shorter job than a three row van.
Shipping times
Once a set leaves the factory, transit depends on where it is going. These figures come from the Matrikar shipping policy, in business days, excluding customs and weather delays:
- North America: 5 to 10 days
- Europe: 7 to 14 days
- Other regions: 10 to 20 days
A tracking number is issued as soon as the order ships, so the transit half is visible the whole way.
Simple install, perfect fit. These floor mats are everything Matrikar says they are. Great service from Matrikar, product is as described, shipped when they said it would ship.

The step that can add a day
On some orders Matrikar contacts the buyer before production starts, to confirm a detail about the vehicle. It happens when a configuration has variants that are not resolved by make, model and year alone, and it exists to avoid cutting the wrong set.
Answering that email quickly is the single thing a buyer can do to keep the order moving. Production does not start until the vehicle is confirmed.
How to plan around it
If the mats are for a specific date, a gift or a vehicle handover, order three to four weeks ahead for a North American address. That leaves margin on both halves without cutting it fine.
Winter is the case worth planning for. The useful time to have waterproof mats in the car is before the first salted road, not after, and ordering in November means the set arrives in the middle of the season. Late September or October is the sensible window. Our guide to leather mats in winter salt covers why that timing matters.
What to do before you order
Confirm the vehicle first, since production is committed to one configuration. Run make, model, year, seat count and engine through the selector on any product page, or open your vehicle's page directly, for example the Toyota RAV4 or the Ford F-150 SuperCrew.
Then decide the coverage, because it does not change the timeline but it does change what arrives. Front Only covers the driver and passenger positions, Full Coverage adds the rear row, and the 3-Row Set adds the third row. A trunk mat is ordered separately and travels in the same shipment.
And if it does not fit
Every set is cut from the template for your configuration. If it arrives and the fit is wrong, it is replaced free.
