Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Matrikar groupe specializes in custom-made car mats tailored to your vehicle’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after they have been placed. Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be modified.
Refunds are ONLY offered in cases of proven defects or manufacturing errors, and only if the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement.
This refund policy does not affect your legal rights, including your rights under the warranty of conformity or protection against hidden defects, as required by applicable law.
Verification and Installation Procedure
If you believe your mats do not fit your vehicle correctly, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- Remove any existing mats from your vehicle.
- Adjust the front seats (driver and passenger) backward to allow room for installation.
- Carefully position the Matrikar mats in their designated areas.
- Secure the mats using the provided clips or Velcro strips.
- Ensure the mats do not obstruct the pedals or other essential functions of the vehicle.
If the issue persists, contact us at support@matrikar.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the mats in your vehicle.
- Detailed vehicle information (make, model, and year).
Our team will evaluate your case and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Dislike of Design or Color
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal preferences regarding design or color.
We encourage you to carefully review your design and color selections before placing an order.
If you are unsatisfied with your choice after delivery, we offer a 50% discount on a new order for an alternative design or color.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a proven manufacturing defect.
- All returns must be made in the original, unused, and undamaged packaging.
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Lost, Unclaimed, or Damaged Parcels
Shipping Insurance
Matrikar offers optional shipping insurance to protect your order against loss or damage during transit.
- If you purchased shipping insurance and your package was lost or damaged, you may qualify for a refund or free replacement.
- If shipping insurance was not purchased, Matrikar cannot be held liable for losses or damages during transit.
To file a claim for a lost or damaged package, please contact our partner Shiptection Package Protection at www.shiptection.com.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcels:
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
- If the parcel remains unclaimed for more than 30 days, the order will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.
Legal Warranties
This policy does not affect your legal rights. You are entitled to:
- A warranty of conformity: Your product must match its description and be fit for purpose.
- Protection against hidden defects: You are covered against any defect that renders the product unfit for its intended use.

Order and Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle details and a correct shipping address when placing an order. Matrikar cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price.
Claim Deadlines
- Issues or defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
