Check Your Tracking Status Above

Enter your order number in the tracking form. Production takes 5–7 business days before your order even ships. If it still says "In Production," your mats are being custom-made.

Give Tracking 24–48 Hours to Update

Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to become active after your order ships. If the carrier site shows "Label Created" or no info, this is normal.

Check for Multiple Packages

Larger orders may ship in separate packages with different tracking numbers. Check your email for additional shipping confirmations.

If it has been more than 20 business days since your order, or if tracking hasn't updated in over 5 days, reach out to us. We'll investigate immediately and get you a resolution.

Each set is custom-made to order. Production takes 5–7 business days, followed by 7–10 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks from order placement.

Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to become active after your order is shipped. During this window, the carrier's site may show "Label Created" or no information at all. If your tracking still shows nothing after 48 hours, contact us at support@matrikar.com.

Yes. We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada and all 50 US states with free standard shipping on every order. No minimum purchase required. International shipping is also available to select countries — rates are calculated at checkout.

Address changes are possible only before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible at support@matrikar.com with your order number and the correct address. Once production has started, we cannot modify the shipping details.

Every Matrikar order is shipped with insurance. If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund. See our Warranty & Returns page for full details.

For standard US orders, Matrikar handles customs clearance and there are typically no additional duties or fees for the customer. In rare cases, local regulations may apply. If you are charged any unexpected fees, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
