Legal Warranty Information
This limited warranty is provided by Matrikar, registered in Repentigny, Quebec, Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by province, state, or territory.
For customers in Quebec, Canada: This warranty is in addition to — and does not limit or replace — the legal warranty of quality provided under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (R.S.Q., c. P-40.1). Under Quebec law, goods must be durable in normal use for a reasonable length of time having regard to their price, the terms of the contract, and the conditions of their use.
For customers in the United States: This warranty is a limited warranty as defined by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312). Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are not excluded but are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty stated above, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
For customers in other Canadian provinces: This warranty is in addition to any statutory warranties provided under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Matrikar reserves the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship under normal use. This includes delamination, stitching failures, clip breakage, premature peeling, and color defects that aren't caused by external factors. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper installation.

For defective products and fit guarantee claims, Matrikar covers all shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns within the 30-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We'll always let you know upfront before you ship anything.
Yes. An extended warranty option is available during checkout for additional coverage beyond the standard 2 years. Check the cart page when placing your order for current extended warranty pricing.
The Matrikar warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. If you sell your vehicle with the mats, the new owner will not be covered by this warranty. However, they can still contact us for paid support and replacement parts.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us at support@matrikar.com. We'll send a free replacement as quickly as possible - no need to return the damaged set.
